Sterling’s focus is executive and specialist financial services technology professionals or roles clients are finding ‘difficult’ to hire. These may be Permanent or Contract positions.
‘Executive Search’ and ‘Recruitment’ are 2 different approaches that aim to achieve the same goal; to identify and recruit the right professional with the right experience, skills, values and personality into the right role.
At Sterling we are throwing away the traditional rule book for Recruitment vs. Search. We are a firm focused on delivery. Recognising that each assignment is unique, Sterling will take the time to work with our clients to ensure that the appropriate solution mix is adopted and executed within agreed timescales for delivery.
